I purchased an iRola DX752 7" tablet from No More Rack. The item stopped working only a few days after their 14-day return policy. No More Rack refused to give me a refund and referred me to the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and left a voicemail with my contact information but did not receive a response. When I attempted contact a second time, the manufacturer's phone number was no longer in service. No More Rack said that they would "escalate the matter to the manufacturer." I'm not satisfied with this. I'd rather get a refund for the item and buy what I need elsewhere. The manufacturer was listed as Global Phoenix. I've not been able to get in touch with them regarding a resolution to this issue. I've been sold a faulty item by a company that has ceased to make itself availble to contact. I want my money back.

 Your request is probably NOT going to happen. As you have stated your issue has arisen AFTER the 14 day return window. Odds are that you wont either be getting a refund OR getting a replacment. Yes it really isnt fair, but its all based on how NMR does business. They tend to buy out old or dead product and the turn around and sell it as new. They also sell factory seconds. These are items that have failed the original inspection but are sold anyways AS factory seconds. HOW do you think they are able to offer the prices that they do? This is one of the major problems of onlilne ordering. You only get a picture and a description to go by.

Best bet, you can continue your attempts to get a refund. But the problem is that THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY!! And THEY ARE UNDER ZERO OBLIGATION TO GIVE IT BACK. All you are going to do is make yourself more and more frustrated trying to get blood from a stone. In the future, SHOP LOCAL!!! Atleast this way you have easier returns, real humans to talk with, and you can put your hands on what you wish to buy BEFORE you actually purchase it. The return "scam" on online products is just that a scam. They ONLY give you a limited time and its not when you recieve the item its always from when you ordered it. Eventually the American Consumer is going to realize that online shopping is as close as you can get to just throwing your money away.

FYI: Its probably a good thing that it broke down now. You have a third or forth tier tablet. Its made cleaply and sold cheap. A lot of the parts are "recycled" from other smart devices. Yes $60 seems like a hell of a deal, but when you are dealing with electronics, you get what you pay for.
