North Star Financial rip-off Phoneix Arizona

I was offered a credit card. I was told that if I paid a fee of 199.90 I would receive my card in the next seven days. Seven days later I called and questioned why I had not recieved anything yet. I was told to wait 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks I still had not recived a thing.

Mind you this all started in Oct 2002. After many phone calls i was told that if i wrote a letter and expalined why i wanted my money back that i would receive a refund by direct deposit to my account. 2 months later i was still waiting. Many attemts to get through i finally got through.

I was told that i would receive a check by mail. I finally got a refund check in the mail. I deposied it and thought all was well, but a week later the funds were drafted from my account for NSF. So I am back to square 1
