I was also a victim of NPMG deceptive sales practices. I was told I would save 300.00 per month on my credit card and debit card transactions.
This savings would come from the lower rate that my store volume qualified for plus all debit card transactions would be processed at a flat rate of .20 per transaction. No discount fee on debit transactions.
I was told that this alone would easily pay for the new equipment lease that would be required to process through there company. They really got me.
If it sounds to good to be true it is to good to be true. I feel like such a fool.
After numerous calls to NPMG which were never returned I contacted my attorney. He sent a letter detailing the deceptive and fraudulent way they do business and expressed my desire to end our relationship effective immediately. We never received any reply. That should surprise me?
Just recently I hired a private investigator located in Phoenix to get me the name of the owner of NPMG so I could list him in a small claims court action. He went to there suite located on camelback road and reported back to me that the receptionist was well coached as not to give any information to anyone and to ask a lot of questions but answer anything that might be useful in any type of litigation against the company.
I have filed a report with BBB in Phoenix and after filing this report with rip-off.com I will be filing complaints with the attorney generals office in California, Arizona and in Illinois against CIT Financial USA dba Lease Finance Group.
I would like to be a part of any class action litigation that might be placed against this company.

To find the officers of this corp. Go to the Arizona corporations comission web site, do an "Alpha" search for NPMGP and you will find it. The Hq is in New York under a different corporation, you will be able to look at the signed filings as well. Also go to the Illinois Attorney General web site and download the consumer complaint form and sent it to them, the Chicago office is handleing the complaints, they are aware of the problem and has been helping with the lease.

Welcome to the NPMG scammed club. Wait until you start getting the nice harrassing calls from Lease Finance Group
Here is what you need to do right away.
1. Close your account that they have the auto debit on. Its a pain but worth it.
2. Send the machine to Lease Finance Group with a delivery confirmation. Use a different size box to return. Dont send to NPMG --they will refuse shipment on anything.
3 Keep good records of all there paperwork.
4. write the AZ attourney general. I posted a link to there website in an earlier post.
5. Dont waste your time with the BBB --you will never hear anything back from them.
6. Get a lawyer--you got one already so your one step ahead of the game. My lawyer cost me $400.00 to write some letters and everything is ok now.
