Same complaints as many, 600% mark up, late invoices, Ombudsman does not return calls or emails and no one cares to try and resolve matters.  They do not have to because they have no one to answer to, although The State of texas is supposed to govern them.  They are in someones pocket! Highway robbery, complete disregard for any customer service.

I will be boycotting the toll roads as much as possible!

Terrible assumption

Your castigating anyone who wishes to file a class action suit against NTTA and ZipCash is replete with assumptions. You speak of using the toll roads, pay the tlls and don't abuse the system. You never once took into account those that complained who have never been to Texas are obviously from out of state and or whose tag does not fit the tag attributed to them.

My wife just received a notie to pay tolls for 09/29/2018 and 09/30/2018 for use of the tolls in North Texas. She was threathened with legal action, that our registration would be blocked, that she would be charged administrtaive fees and that she would be charged with Class C misdmeanor charges. She was not and has not been to Texas in 2018 and in fact the only time she has been in texas is through the Houston airport on our way to Mexico on a mission trip. Secondly, the tag in question that was on the invoice does not belong to us, never has been on any of our vehicles. Third, the renewal sticker on teh tag is for October, our tag renewals are alwasy in March. Fourth, the tag is supposedly on a Highlander (year unknown) we do not nor have we ever owned a Highlander.

So you see, your broradbrush assertion to simply pay the toll was misguided and ill informed and perhaps you should do some more reasearch and investigation before jumping to a obviously conclusion.

 You ignored the bills sent to you for driving on the toll road therefore you are responsible for this.  Class Action my a** - the only person(s) who benefit from class action suits are attorneys.  Get a toll tag! (((redacted rudeness)))

 Let me guess...its the USUAL "Opps I forgot to pay" so its EVEYONE elses fault for you either running the toll or not paying what YOU owed in a timely manner. Get over it because the toll roads will ALWAYS be there. If you wish to use them then YOU MUST DEAL WITH THEM!!!! Cry a river then build a bridge and get over it. You DO NOT have to take a toll road!!!! You can take one of the STATE controlled roads instead. YOU can stop playing the victim!! Its ONLY NOW that YOU are presented with a MASSIVE bill that YOU are moved to action. YOU must accept YOUR PART in the situation. Customer service DOES NOT mean giving YOU your way. YOU have purposefully confused that part of the CS issue. There is NO RESOLUTION for YOUR issue due mainly to the FACT that toll roads are PRIVATLY OWNED!!!!! If the owner of said road doesn't wish to let YOU skate on what YOU LEGALLY OWE then they do NOT have to. All the whining about how badly YOU have been treated by THEM only shows YOU to be the problem. YOU are the usual self entitled spoiled child stomping their feet because THEY are held responsible for the actions they take.
