Save yourself the time and frustration dealing with this company of low life losers. You will never see a penny of your money. Luckily we only did one small job for them so we're not out a bunch of money, but it's the principle of the matter. Don't do work for this company - ever! Repeated phone calls and faxes were totally ignored; calls weren't returned - basically we're out the cash.

Just like all the other complaints on this web site. Your company did not follow procedures which were faxed or e-mailed to your company. Also, you never contacted me (Robert, Director of OCS) to complain or to state why you were not being paid in a timely manor. We here at OCS do more than 500 service calls a month. We have been in business for five years averaging the same amount of calls every month. Therefor, if only five complaints have been made on this web site. We must be doing something right. Thank you and have a nice day. Robert
