I ordered 3 items totaling $105 from the OMP store on 08/08/2006. They charged my cc but never sent the merchandise. I sent 15 emails and left voice mails and nobody will respond to any of my messages. All i asked for was a status of my order. They have horrible customer service, take your money, and don't deliver the merchandise ordered. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

OMP was having difficulty recieving email from this member, due to email/spam filters.

I can't speak to the voicemails, as we answer all messages left on our system.

This issue has been resolved. We called the member directly, and he should have his order now.
