EVERYONE READ UP!!!!

If you have read any other rip off report boards it is all 100% true.

Not less than 2 weeks of contacting models for paid assignments my account was suspended due to "spamming".

I asked them to please provide me with the exact details of what I did wrong.

If looking at a profile of a model you feels fits the assignment, send them and email introducing the job, payment amount and contact information and call that spamming then yes I am guilty as hell.

BUT HELL this is a "virtual talent agency" where industry people are supposed to connect with right?

BUT GET THIS I GOT THE LAST LAUGH... it seems that since i used PayPal to subscribe, the payment had not yet come from my bank and PayPal has suspended the funds transfer so...

THANKS ONE MODEL PLACE FOR THE FREE USEAGE, AND FOR DIRECTING ME TO DO MORE RESEARCH ON YOU!!!!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Not even close to the truth...

AUTHOR: Omp Customer Service - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 30, 2007

This user, "Damon" was sending assignment emails to models for work with his porn company (The Fantasia Group), including requests for work in his adult magazine (also named "Fantasia").

- Many of the models contacted were not available for Adult-industry work.

- One was a 14 yr. old child.

Additionally, after a thorough search, we were unable to find any record or trace of any such publication - and as of the writing of this rebuttal, no such magazine exists.

The user was TEMPORARILY blocked from sending emails and sent an automated notice asking him to contact our administrators, so we could attempt to verify the publication of the magazine, to warn him to only contact the correct models, and to advise him that if any more children were contacted, we would be forced to remove him from the site, and report the action to the authorities.

Before we were able to have this conversation or warn him, we received an email that stated:

(Quote of entire email - the original sent to us was uncensored):

"WHAT THE F**K IS THE PROBLEM???

Isnt this site meant for networking and hiring people?

I have not done anything wrong so either fix my account
OR F**&ING CANCEL IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

(end quote)

This being the first contact from what was turning out to be a highly problematic user, we honored his request for cancellation.

We replied professionally, informing him that we would be cancelling the account.

He replied with more colorful language, MULTIPLE emails to various staff members, threats to write about us on ripoff report, and threats of legal action.

If "Damon" wishes to pursue legal action, we will be happy to comply with the authorities, and turn over all communications regarding this matter; including the emails sent to models who have requested they not be contacted for pornographic work, and the "adult video" assignment request he sent to a 14 yr. old girl.

Children's profiles are clearly marked, and when a user attempts to contact a child, a warning is posted on the email form in ALL RED CAPS reminding them that they are about to send email to a child.
------------------------------

OneModelPlace does have a number of respectable Adult-Industry producers using our site to cast for their projects. We hold these members to a reasonably high standard of conduct (which is clearly explained in the User Agreement). Most are very professional and have no problem following the rule of the site, or conducting themselves in a professional and ethical manner.

When we have a user who is contacting models for porn who do not wish to be contacted for such work, offering assignments for a magazine that doesn't exist, and trying to recruit a 14 yr. old girl for these assignments, we have every right, and a responsibility to step in.

Had "Damon" contacted us in an even VAUGELY professional manner, we could have given him a warning about his activity on the site; and helped him to correct the issues which ultimately caused his removal.

Instead he responded with unprofessionalism, vulgarity, threats, and pettiness.

Is there any question why we choose not to do business with his company?
