In May I ordered this supplement to try it out because it claimed to be free of charge and claimed to work. 3 weeks after receiving my bottle of the pills, optimal stack charged me $87 for the bottle. I immediately called them to cancel and return the product since they did not notify it's customers of the extreme cost if you kept the bottle. Half of my refund was given that night and the other half was promised to me "within a few weeks". I called customer service around 18 times over the few months after to get this resolved with nobody helping me.
After faxing them my bank records to prove I had not been given the refund, emailing a bogus email address that they provided me several times with no reply, and speaking with several supervisors, they tried to send a paper check to me 3 different times...so they said.
Now, after my 27th time calling and speaking with 15 different supervisors since May, they still refuse to help get my refund back. Customer service won't help me because they sent the problem to corporate. They refuse to give me any contact info for their corporation, even though customer service won't help me. Their corporation has basically stolen my money and will not give it back. After doing research, I cannot find any information on the corporation whom customer service claims is AdBoom Nutra Level Inc.. Any suggestions about what to do next? I have 2 attorneys that want me to file a lawsuit to seek compensatory damages against the corporation, but I think this company needs more punitive actions taken because I have seen many instances like this from people in many different online forums. Should I contact the Better Business Bureau? A company like this that sells a bogus supplement and charges a ridiculous price and has horrible customer service should not be allowed to be in business.

A little back-story; I was called by a supervisor at the beginning of DEC 2013 (7 months after my refund conveniently never made it to me) and he personally guaranteed me a paper check for my refund amount by the end of the year. After not receiving the check for the 4th time, I called them in mid-January 2014. The "customer service rep" notified me that I had in fact been lied to and a paper check would take 90 days to process and she notified me that I wouldn't receive it until March. On March 11th, 2104 I called back and a supervisor answered the customer service line (which I thought was weird) and she took 15 minutes to read all of the notes from all of the times I had made calls to them. This was the 35th time I called them...35 times! This supervisor, who claimed to work for corporate, proceeded to tell me that there was no possible way they would be getting me my refund and their hands were tied. This was a great shock to me since I had just been promised a paper check was being sent my way for the FOURTH TIME. After an arguing match for a little bit, this most unpleasant supervisor passed me off to her supervisor. We spent about 40 minutes talking about how he refused to give me my money back and it wasn't his problem. He then apologized because their custormer service company had been lying to people for many months about them getting their refunds back. He said the reason supervisors were answering phones is because they were looking for a new customer service company. According to him, NOBODY is going to be given the GUARANTEED refund from their company and I had been blatantly lied to the previous 34 times I had called them. He told me I had wasted all of my time trying to get my money back and he had this same problem with hundreds of customers who had called in recently. I wasted about 36 hours in total on the phone with these incompetent fools.
This is the worst, most backwards and illegal company that anybody could ever do business with. After researching this problem, I have found hundreds (300-400) of other people that have been taken advantage by this scamming company. Do NOT shop at OPTIMAL STACK or ADBOOM LEVEL NUTRA INC.
