pacific brochures RIP OFF!!!

This is a complete rip off! I paid $50 Oct 10th 2014 to join. Oct 15th I received my starter kit with brochure and booklet in it. I followed the instructions and went made 1000 copies of the brochures which ran me an additional $80. I waited patiently for 2 weeks to receive my envelopes, never received anything. I tried calling both numbers I was provided with to ask questions and each time I was either hung up on or sent to a voicemail. I left messages but no one ever returned my call. Finally two weeks ago I spoke with a nice lady by the name of Sally and she patched me into speak with a supervisor by the name of Diane. Diane assured me that it wasn't a scam and sometimes it can take a lil longer to receive envelopes due to their marketing strategies. Here it is December 1st and I still no envelopes and here's the kicker, BOTH OF THEIR PHONE LINES ARE NOW DISCONNECTED! So my next question is, who do I call to file a lawsuit?
