Pacific Brochures VERY DISRESPECTFUL San Diego California

I received my Pacific Brochures Home Workers Guide today( without the envelopes like promised). I called to get assistance on what steps
were next, I was told someone would call me back today by someone who kept hanging up in my face!!! When the supervisor finally called
me,she was just as rude and nonchalant as her assistant. She said that she was standing next to him and he didn't hang up on anyone, I said
then if you knew I was calling repeatedly for you then how come you didn't just get the phone? Apparently,you weren't too busy!! I have
multiple recorded conversations when he hung up while I was still asking general questions, I admit I became very irate after being hung
up on multiple times... I even called back to speak with someone over the supervisor just to get this resolved.
