Pacific Brochures Home Mailers Program San Diego California

On October 11, 2014 after checking the BBB rating on Pacific Brochures, I went to their website and sent $45, $35 for the "Free Mailer Program" and $10 for them to ship it to me. Package was sent out on 10-20-2014 and I received it on 10-25-2014. I read thru the packet and it said to wait 3 weeks, and if I didn't start receiving envelopes, to call the phone number listed in packet. I waited and extra week and did not received any envelopes.

On 11-25-2014, I called the phone number and nobody answered but it had a recording and that someoone would get back to me. I never heard back from anyone, so on 12-1-2014 I called again and the phone was disconnected, the website was not working anymore.

I contacted BBB for their city, but the case was closed out by BBB, stating that the company had gone out of business.
