"Pennyrile Area Professional Asphalt Sealing & Pavement Maintenance Incorporated" Sold faulty asphalt seal coating services where the sealer did not last over six months. Hopkinsville Kentucky

During the last two weeks of September of 2007 i hired an individual who apparently mis-represented himself as James Allen Dale Morse owner of "Pennyrile Area Professional Asphalt Sealing & Pavement Maintenance Incorporated" of Hopkinsville Kentucky to seal the parking lots and residential driveways of various properties that are owned by my family.
These properties are located in Gilbertsville, Eddyville, Princeton, Madisonville, Henderson Kentucky. During the month of March of 2008 i noticed that the sealer on these parking lots and driveways appeared to be washing away. By August of 2008 these parking lots and driveways had very little sealer left on them other than what was remaining in the minor cracks and surface depressions. I have numerous photgraphs of each one of these properties that were taken prior to having them resealed by a local seal coating contractor in mid September of 2008. I was told the sealer should have been good for a two years minimum on the commercial and five years on the residential.

Im not sure the individual who presented himself as "James Allen Dale Morse of Pennyrile Area Professional Asphalt Sealing & Pavement Maintenance Incorporated" was actually using his real name. I have also checked several different resources and could not find "Pennyrile Area Professional Asphalt Sealing & Pavement Maintenance Incorporated" listed as a business. I also checked the physical address and phone numbers on this individual and the location was vacant and the phone number is a non working number.
The individual James Allen Dale Morse is about six feet four inches tall and is slender built. He has black hair with grey at the temples and walks with a limp in his right leg or hip and wears prescription eyeglasses and has a very noticeable scar on his right side corner of his mouth.
