PeopleSmart is a SCAM! Do not allow them to have your credit card info for their "Free Trial Period Offer" or you will lose your money; they debit your account immediately, without your permission, and say you just bought a "Background Report for $39.95. They falsely advertise a 7-day free trial period, after which time you will be charged $39.95 unless you cancel before the trial period is up. I emailed them a cancelation notice 8-hours after registering for the free membership because my account had been charged immediately after registration not the advertised 7-days later; they refused to acknowledge my cancelation request or refund the money they stole from my account. Their response to my email requesting cancelation and refund was: "After reviewing your account and email we don't understand what you want us to do."
