Peoplesmart.com People Smart Report full of false information Internet

 I was searching for information about my child's father possibly having a warrant, and peoplesmart.com claimed to have criminal records including current warrants ( and much more personal info) on person I search, but to access all the info they supposedly found, I was required to purchase a membership, so I paid the $14.95 monthly fee to see if the warrant was current, I opened the criminal report and it stated the person had no criminal history, no warrants, just 0 found.. I know him well, he has along criminal history, including 10+ stays at county jail, has been in prison, numerous felonies, and, I found out from county sheriffs office, a warrant currently. I looked through the rest of the report to see if there was any correct info. The contact info was false (phone numbers, past, current addresses) none of the other sections had found any info. The only correct info the report had, was what I had provided during search.
