States free 7 days trail, cancel anytime before the 7 days are up and they will not charge anything to your debit/ credit card, bunch of bull!!! I did a back ground check on someone with a known crimal back ground, 1 st off PeopleSmart back ground report gave a clean record, which wasn't true, known fact. How can you protect your love ones ??? With a company that does an extremely poor job ??? Then they refuse to refund the charges, free means free, I was charges 19.95, for a very poor service! I have contacted them they refuse to refund any money or acknowledge my disatifaction of there services.
