peopleSmart Service not received. waterloo Ontario Canada

I purchased the services from PeopleSmart.com to find one persons ID. I paid the fee and entered all the information - email address! They cam beck to tell me that they have no information at all. they sugested the email account must be closed. I send and receive emails from that yahoo account every day. I just recived one today. They gave me nothing for my money and refuse to return my payment. if your thinking of using that system please send me the money so i can tell you i dont have information on that person -- lol
