PeopleSmart Beware of continuing charges - monitor your credit card and cancel ASAP Internet

I used the service once, and then did not realize that they were continuing to bill me 19.95 per month (for nothing - I never used it again).  Finally woke up to the charges, and they stated that they could only refund two months worth.  I pressed, and then they said three.  I pressed some more and asked politely for a supervisor.  After being connected, the supervisor stated that she could only refund one more month of the service (four total months).  I guess that is better than nothing.  Now I AM monitoring to see if i am getting the refunds......  Be very careful with these folks.
