 Ordered a phone look up, got automatically signed up @$20/month.  BUT - when I called they a) answered quickly b) cancelled the account and c) gave me a refund within 5 MINUTES.

I'm the first to complain when its a ripoff - but I'll take the time to tip my hat to a good company...nice job.

Then as you navigate their links you end up realizing that they want you to pay. It seems like you need to pay in the neighborhood of $1 for the basic lookup, but you are acutally subscribing for a monthy service of $20 a month.  Internet
