Philips Philips electric shaver 45-day money-back guarantee Internet
I bought a Philips electric shaver with a 45-day money-back guarantee stated right on the packaging. Opened the blister pack, and found cord is too short to be useable. Called Philips, whose rep stated that they'd refund my money once I returned the shaver at my own expense.
The shaver cost $45.00, and to return is will cost at least $15. Some guarantee!
I cannot return it to the store because the package is opened, yet I had no way of knowing prior to opening the package how long the cord would be.
Buyer beware, and Philips, I'll never purchase another shave from you!
