I understand i didnt purchase an extended warranty but after the warranty expired almost to the day. my Smart TV stopped working without any other problems. this should be against the law and a class action law suite should be in effect.

“it just should be against the law for something to just stop working to the day of the warranty expired.”
contradicts
"Philips warranty expired and TV stopped 1 1/2 months after…"
Your timeline is suffering a 45-day discrepancy. Maybe it should be unlawful for you to make false statements.

it just should be against the law for something to just stop working to the day of the warranty expired. in my defense us consumers pay alot for items that just quit working like that. i can understand if it was maybe let say 2-4 years later but who has the money to buy a luxuary tv every year? i dont.
