I was looking for the phone number and address of someone I had known a long time ago.  I clicked on to this locator service which stated that fror $1 they would lookup a person.

I used my credit card.  On the monthly bill was a charge for $18.95.  The merchant information said, WWW.PHONEAGENTSOURCE.C 866-4075339 UT.  When I called this number I received a recording that this was a Verizon Conference call number but was not in use.  It refered me to another 800 number which them refered me to a 900 number which I did not call as it said that you had to be over 18 to call this 900 number which ment the it was  X rated.

I called my credi card company and disputed the charge.  They will research it and let me know.
