Pinnacle Security LLC Rip-off company Orem Utah

Saturday May 31, 2008 a Jason Bevan Came by with a pitch to get us to switch from A.D.T. security to a Pinnacle security system. Talked kinda fast and had us convenced that his system was the best. And we signed up. gave a voided check for automatic transfers. On 6-09-08 my account was billed for $46.99 and then on 6-13-08 my account was billed for $ 145.99, and then on 6-30-08 the account was billed for $46.99 twice. I called pinnacle and talked to Kyle he said to send a letter with copies of the bank statement and they'ld look into it. Never heard a word from them. Today (08-05-08) I get my bankstatement and I was again double billed on 07-31-08, for $46.99 I called and raised cain talked to Anglea. I was told that I'ld get refunded the over billing. I told them to terminate the contract due to incompetence. I also went to my bank and put a block on Pinnacle from billing my account anymore.
