Basiscally, they did the same thing to me as they did to the other complainant. They came to my door pedally their alarm system. The sales representatives are young and clean cut, trusting type...hahaha. To make a long story short, they convinced me to let them install the system and it would only take less than an hour. Since I was in the market for a system anyway, I fell for it. I didn't even have time to put up my valuables that I had in open site. Here comes two installers and then a third. Well guess what, I had some valuables stolen that evening and no one else had been in the room where they were stolen from, nor had anyone else been in my home except the sales reps and installers. I was given five days to cancel since there was a weekend and holiday ahead. Fortunately, I realized the theft in time to cancel on the fifth day. Only time will tell what will happen next for I have requested they make arrangements to remove their equipment. Oh yes, they offered me three free months of service not to cancel. What a joke! My valuables was worth much, much more than that.
