Premier Estate Liquidators HELP I've been RAPED by Premier Estate Liq. for over a YEAR. Lake Bueno Vista Florida

For over a year now, I have been dragged and trumpled on from Premier Estate Liq., This CoMPANY HAD JUST DOWN RIGHT STOLE 21,100.00 from me. I purchased a 5.26 solitaire diamond ring which supposely was Certified EGL APPRAISAL FOR $81,450.00. I had paid for this ring to be delivered next day air paid ex. $ over Spring Break Holiday. This ring was never shipped off(long story Iwill tell short) we were visiting Florida for Spring Break. We decided to take 1 day out to drive 3 1/2 hrs. to Wyndam Hotel were Premier Estate has an so called office there. We got there just to find out thier was not an employee with my ring. Following day finnally received this ring but without the PROMISED EGL CERTIFIED PAPERS stating it's worth 81,450.00.

I could never get that same $ amount from anyother jeweler. The ring was not like promised. I sent it back with the expection of Guaranteed Warranty to be honored. This was March 6,2003 it is now MARCH 14,2004. Premier refused to talk to me but they did confirmed of delivery of the ring.I had spoke with so many employees that were New manager's with promises of setting this straight. One day they were manager's and the next day they were "nolonger with this company".This has caused me into unbearable finicail trouble not to mention a DIVORCE OVER the Stress of trying to get my money back. I had paid thru citiBank Credit card and following day paid in full the whole amount back to citiBank. Citibank fought for a little while so employees better than others. Each Employee said that they give up they could not make them give me my money back.

I gave up hope filed BBB, Attorney General, then finally a Citibank Employee with good track record in recovering $ back. She had challenged Premier To arbutrition so they told her that they give up & will refund my 21,100.00 plus they told BBB that this case has been resolved.

I double checked with citibank they said that I should be seeing my credit back on next statement for me to just pay the Interest fees until the credit processes and shows up on my statement. During all these months I was just paying Interest fees to keep my account current. This is high Interest rates that were applied every month for a year on 21,100.00. This went on until January 2004 Citibank wrote me a letter telling me once again that I was not going to get my money back. Mr. Naran Kirrat is on the run & will not be caught he fled the country and 'We as Consumers are the ones left holding the bag. I'm not a big Company with Insurance on my merchandise that when it's stolen I receive my money back and file a claim.

I have been thru Hell, it is so hard for me to believe that in our society today that We as Consumers & all the "Suit Happy Consumers that really have no legit reasons to suit thier neighbor", that this man can take our money and run. I have put my name in with all the other creditors and I will have my time in court.
