I tried to order flowers today from ProFlowers based on a flyer that came with a bunch of flyers via ValuePak. There are four floral arrangements shown with prices. However, while no mention is made of these having additional charges, they do. For example, the Deluxe Let It Snow for 39.99 but 31.99 with 20% discount is only available if you pruchase the vase for 12$, no indication this product is not available without the vase.

The person who took my call had no clue about the flyer nor could he find it. There is no reference number on this flyer.

I am going to King Soopers and order.
