Thursday before Mothers Day, flowers and chocolates were delivered. Flowers were wilted and chocolate melted. Called. Many apologies, replacement offered. $4.99 for replacement. NO. Your mistake, you fix. Ok, replacement promised for Friday. No show. Called Saturday. Replacement promised on Monday. No show. Called Tuesday , asked for supervisor. Not available. Told to call back. PROFLOWERS IS S DISHONEST, CORRUPT,SCAM. Stay away.
