Provida Life Science didn't receive full refund as they guaranteed! couldn't talk with supervisor, or get last names, ripoff. Internet

On 6/28/05 I purchased the product on line for $119.99 plus shipping. They sent me two.

I called and got the RGA # to return the 2nd box. At the point they didn't want to refund me the shipping on the 2nd one. Said it was my fault the second one was shipped.

After a lenghty time on the phone and asking to speak to a supervisor I was finally granted $19.99 credit back to my card for the shipping on the second box. The credit came thru on 6/6/05. On 7/7/05 I mailed the 2nd box back.

After trying the product for 30 days I only lost 8pounds. They said I should have lsot 8 pounds in the first week. I was not satisfied with the product. I wanted a full refund like they advertise. They still owe me 19.98.

I called 9/7/05 to followup on the last bit of my credit and Jackie(she would not give her last name, nor a supervisor) saidI received my full credit. That the 19.98 that was credited on 7/6/05 for shipping, before I even mailed back the 2nd box was a partial credit for the return.

I tried to explain to her that 19.99 was for the shipping on the second box they accidently shipped me. It was before anything was mailed back to them. Why would they have issued me a credit before getting their product back, and why 19.99? She was too dumb to put 2 + 2 together.
