Provida Life Sciences charged 6 MONTHS of non-refundable On-Line Charges ($64.87) after 2 weeks-was NOT informed of cost! Van Nuys, California

I purchased the "Food Lovers Fat Loss System" 9/22.  They always try to sell you MULTIPLE items and offer trial periods of usually 30 days.

I do NOT recall being told that if I did NOT cancel the On-Line service during the 14 day trial period that I would be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE for 6 months of service!!  I was charged $64.87 on 10/10. 

When the kit arrived 10/2 I saw NOTHING that said the On-Line Service was for 14 Days ONLY and that I would be charged the 6 month fee which would be NON-REFUNDABLE!  When I called customer service-I was informed that I had been sent 4 E-Mail Messages notifying me that my On-Line Trial Services would end soon and I would be charged the $64.87 (NON-REFUNDABL!).

I requestd several times to speak to a SUPERVISOR and was told "policy did not permit that".  I checked EVERY E-Mail message and Spam between 9/22 and 10/10.  I found 2 E-Mails which ONLY mentioned the order confirmation and the confirmation of the order being sent.

I called customer service SEVERAL times and was basically told I was a liar because "they had copies of ALL the E-Mails sent to me and if I received 2 of the E-Mails then I had to have received the others!!!"  I was also told that I WAS INFORMED about the On-Line charges because "Our sales staff have a scripted message that they repeat to all callers".  Again-I am a liar!  I was finally given a refund for $32.43.

This company is a RIP-OFF and the CEO (MR. Brian Archibald) is a CROOK!!!!!  I have NEVER seen a company that would NOT let you speak to a Supervisor!! 

WARNING to POTENTIAL VICTIMS:  Stay FAR away from this company!!
