Publish America, PA ripoff : This company sold my books and did not pay me for them. I have proof of sales! Frederick Maryland

I received a royalty check for $0.00. That's no typo. ZILCH! They actually sent me a check for zero dollars and zero cents. I have proof that I had sales early in the royalty payment period. Several people have come forward and admitted that they bought my book. They mentioned it on the page where a review can be written for my book: (www.publishamerica.com/books/8529) Just click read review and you will see, if they have not yet deleted it.

I asked them to void my contract, but they refused. Instead, they want me to tell them about the books I have proof of. That would be a foolish thing for me to do. Then they would not pay for royalties that I may not know about.

In the meantime, I am collecting names and evidence of books that have sold from people who have bought my book. This was a hard lesson to learn. Next time, I will check to see if a publisher has books in stores before signing with them.
