Punta Pacifico La Jolla Owners do not honor contracts and steal your money Mazatlan, Mexico

La Jolla has changed name to Punta Pacifico, in Mazatlan, Mexico, but the owners are the same and the chaneg of name has not changed their criminal activity. They do not intend to honor contract. After hours of pressure to sell my timeshares, I agreed to join La Jolla, because of an Addendum stating that I could have my money credited back if the contract for the sale of my timeshares had not been fulfilled by TPS, their associate company.

After more than a year of being fooled with e-mails and phone calls to be patient and wait, I finally received a refusal for getting my money back based on the Addendum in the contract. I am aware that many other people have been ripped off the same way. They sell every day, make millions of dollars and they do not care if they put you in debt. They act with no conscience and local and international law should pursue them. Profeco does nothing.
