 I ordered a replacement phone over a month ago and only received a charger through the mail. The company sent me an email a couple of weeks after I received the charger stating that the phone has been shipped, but the tracking number they provided matches the tracking number of the charger. The transaction was made on March 30, 2017 and here it is the month of May and I still haven't received my replacement phone.
