qlink wireless is a joke. first off my phone was stolen, so i attempted to call qlink for them to either end or suspend the account. i called them non stop for 5 days and sent various emails to their customer service. i did finally get a email like day 6 after the theft, the didnt do anything, never suspended the account, just wanted to change my number and give them $25 dollars for the new phone and number. i wouldnt of minded sending $25 dollars if i kept the same number.

someone from qlink called me today and fixed my problem . i tried to delete this but qlink is 100% in my book .
