Qlink Wireless Ripoff DANIA Florida

I've had a lifeline phone with QLink Wireless for a while now. I was ever able to use it if I left my home. Even going to the next town to go grocery shopping or whatever,  I wouldn't be able to use it. They "Say" that they have "National" coverage, but after FINALLY speaking with a live person through their websites "Chat Live" I found out that they only use Sprint Towers. There are cell towers every where I live. But QLink doesn't roam.

I moved recently and the cell phone is useless to me. I can't even get it to work to check the voicemail that I have! I emailed them twice and got no response. I've telephoned countless times and no matter what number I press, I cannot get a LIVE person on the phone! I wanted to change my address, thinking that that would get me some service on my phone but noooo. It has to be a SPRINT tower and they do NOT say that on the website!

Their lifeline phone is fine as long as you stay in a SPRINT tower area, but as soon as you leave it, you cannot use the phone. What good is a cell phone if you can't use it?? I'm fed up with them. I know the phone was free, and I appreciate their service. But their "National coverage" is a joke! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
