I applied and qualified for government assisted cell phone.I upgraded to a smartphone as to have better options.I pain 25.00 for new phone.Phone is a piece of junk.Doesn't even respond when I push buttons? I have heard qlink wireless was given obsolete and poor quality phones.I suffer from depression and anxiety.This phone only adds to my frustration,anxiety and depression.
