quicken loans Stole $500. They used it to hire an assessor to do a job for them..They also used my money to purchase a credit report for them not me detroit, Michigan

Quicken loans worked out a refinance on my house to lower my interest rate.The new mortgage sounded great ,but they needed $500 to do the loan ,they called good faith money. It was to be returned at closing. The new mortgage sounded great ,so I let them have the money. After that an assessor came over and spent 15 minutes walking around shining a laser light around.Same type of light used for cat toys.

The assessor left and a couple days later Quicken loans told me that they couldn't do the loan because my house didn't assess out high enough. So they created a new loan that was so awful and would add another $4000 on to the loan. This loan was so bad ,that I ended up keeping my old mortgage,and the loan was closed. I asked about my $500 and they told me they spent it on a credit report and the assessment.

They used my money to take care of their needs.I really didn't need a credit report,I already knew what it was. I also didn't need an assessment. They did. But they used my money.And gave me nothing buy anger and a head ache. The more I look into it ,the more I see,that this same scam has been used on numerous people. I've been searching the internet trying to find ways to report this fraud,so it won't keep happening to hard working, innocent,honest people that work hard for their money to maintain their life style and pay their bills.

The whole reason to try to refinance is to save money because I need it,not give it away to a crooked business.
