Accidentally found an advertisement on the internet for an anti-wrinkle miracle cream.  I sent for a free sample and foolishly gave my credit card VISA number.  Box came today filled with the product - a six month supply, and included a statement and notice that $199.99 charge had been dharged to my credit card. I phone them, had no problem reaching then except  very staticy sound on my line (strange) but the young man took my info.  He gave me an address to return goods and a RMA number. Later today, I found that my account number with this company had caancelled the account at my request (after credit card charge of course_.  Box is ready to mail back to company.  I'm quite frantic about getting refund. My credit card is a DEBIT card.  I am a low income Senior citizen on Social Security.  This puts a huge dent in paying my bills this month.  I noted other scam or similar complaints on your site against this company.  I'll never do this again - Walgreen and CVS stores have a good supply of Olay and Neutragena products. What was I thinking.  I just went over the Radialabs site and I can;t find any error on my part - The site is full of free sample information.  Any advice?

Getting Your Refund

AUTHOR: Terry D - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 16, 2011

The offer you signed on for is a complete scam. In the very fine print of the offer it does say you must return the product after trying it for 10 days or you will be charged the full price. It is also a recurring charge. Call the company and make sure they have cancelled your request. Send the product back to them as soon as possible, but I advise you to get a Post Office Delivery Confirmation with your package. It does cost a little more than normal postage. You can track your package at the post office website and as soon as your package is received at Radialabs start calling them. Call everyday and ask for the names of the people you speak with. I even demanded to speak to a supervisor. Quite frankly, I don't think you will get your refund unless you demand it! Just keep repeating to them that you have a delivery verification of the return and you need documentation that they have received it and documentation that your refund has been issued. When you are demanding they will follow through. It took about 10 days for my refund to process through my bank after they received the package. Be persistent!
