Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I purchased a vacation trip with the Ramada Plaza Resort. I recently found out that we will not be able to take this trip, ever. I have contacted the company to inform them of the situation and also disputing with my credit card company. I spoke with a supervisor named Arturo Satunar, he informed us that this trip is non-refundable and that we had to take this trip or sell it to someone else.

I was never told, in all the conversations that we had with this company, that the vacation package is non-refundable. Mr. Al Shular is the Sr. Manager, he can be reach at the above number ext. 4116. The President's name is Jim Varilla, he can be reached at the same address, no telephone number was given to me.

I would like the money to be refunded, as a consumer i know i have that right, and also according to Better Business Bureau . This package was $698 per adult and $99 per child. There are two adults scheduled for this trip. I have put just a deposit of $698 towards this trip.

Please help me in getting a refund. Thank you very much.
