RAMADA PLAZA RESORTS ripoff - DECEIT - GAVE ME A TERRIBLE VACATION FT. LAUDERDALE Florida

I just returned today from the worst vacation ever.This was a trip that I would not have paid more than a doller for if I would have known. It started when I called 3 weeks ago to ask a question about my trip wich at the time I was supposedly booked to leave in 2 weeks. When I called my (vacation specialist)they told me my vacation had somehow been canceled in there system. Everything after that went downhill,I never received a confomation # nor did I receive a itinerary or directions. My original hotels were switched, my (new luxury car) was a geo prizm I am 6ft 4in by the way. The (wonderfull cruise ship) is nothing more than a GLORIFIED FISHING BOAT, that smells of sewerage and has sleeping arrangements to suit preschoolers. My (upgraded cabin)wich I paid extra for was a 9 by 9 room with twin beds, wonder what it would have been like if I would not have upgraded.

Once in FL you cant go on to your next destination with out first going to another welcome center to pick up your vouchers for your next nights stay, and be pretty much stromg armed into buying a timeshare condo before you can get your vouchers. Many of the people I talked to had even worse experiances like cruise being canceled the day they went to board it. Like hotel ceiling leak so bad maintenance put buckets under it in room. some people arrived at the cruise only to find out it had been canceleld with no refund. and the list goes on.......... SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE !!!!!!!!
