With the FREE trial you can see addreses , but the premium feature are NT available. They promote FULL access with FREE trial. When trying to call in to cancel within the period customer service staff , transfer call, hung up on caller and do ANYTHIGN to avoid cancellation prior trial.  In my case, they finally accept to cancel , but charged my accound while i was on the phone requesting cancellation. Then thye sumit a refund , but the charge was NOT authorize.   Even Supervisor of the call center , Matt  hung up the phone and there was no supervisor avaialbel after that.   Herbert Miami, FL
