I can start off by saying I didnt work there long. What I can tell every contractor is stay away.  They use the lowest marketing dollar to advertise, and at one point a co-worker found them advertising on craigslist.  This co-worker also educated me on how internet marketing works, and how the people there didn't know what they are doing.  They are no better than Service Magic. The only thing that keeps them under the radar is that they will allow you (as contractors ) to cancel when you sign up by the email, because there is no written signature. Don't fax anything in to them then they have the upper hand.  I didn't like the way they treated people. So contractors beware dont do business with them.
