ResumeGenius unauthorized charges fraud illegal ripoff Maryland

 I signed up for a resume service with a 2 week access of your resume for $1.99. On September 4, 2015 I noticed a charge on my debit card for $39.95. I contacted my bank and didn't even recognized the company, I called them they were rude and told me I could not be refunded because I was supposed to cancel on the 3rd. How can I cancel something I didn't authorized? They said I was automatically enrolled in this and I cannot be refunded and there was not even a refund department? I don't use this ervicw . I agreed to $1.99 for 14 day access. I shouldn't have to pay $39.95 for something I didn't authorized and will never use again. They make there money by telling consumers they don't have the right to cancel or a refund an my payments for my other bills are affected.
