RingCentral - Ring Central should be called Ring RIPOFF. American small businesses stand UP and refuse to be treated like dirt by these large telcos. Redwood City California

After using the Ring Central service for some time, I privisioned a new local number from their system at the last minute before a ran some expensive local print advertising for my business. I provisioned the number from the Ring Central system. This was a number THEY provided for ME. The next day (after the advertising had gone to print) the number still did not work.

I have logged nearly two hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved. I have heard one story after another. The very first tech I spoke to was able to place the call to my number...and I even saw it on my call records. Then they said it was because the number did not really belong to Ring Central and they would have to see if they could get it. They said they would call me back but of course they never did.

I have called in three times since then, spending up to 30 minutes on hold each time only to get a different excuse by another indifferent rep who obviously could care less about my issues. Each one promised to call me back. Can you guess how many of the four people I have spoken to ever called back? In these tough economic times I am busting my tail to make sure I provide the very best service at the very best price I can.

Ring Central, learn a lesson from Circuit City: You can't compete on price and gagetry alone. If you do not support your customers...you won't have any. I advise anybody who is serious about their business to find a more competent provider of service.
