Rising Star Learning, Rising Star Learning Strikes Again This Time In California Boulder Colorado

I was surprised to find a delivery which was sent to my office from Rising Star Learning, a company of which I have never heard. In the box were 3 CDs for teaching young children words and numbers. Enclosed in the invoice gave all the information of my business but for my email it was a Hotmail account which I have never opened. Let it be noted that on the company letterhead there is no phone number nor email contact nor website printed.

Upon further investigation through Google, I found Ripoff Report which had a number of complaints from this very same company. I immediately called the number supplied by a previous poster an called the company. Per this "customer service rep" he told me that a credit card number with the last digits of 0952 were verified by the CV number on the back of the card. The banks had approve the transaction. Crazy thing is I don't have a credit card with these last 4 numbers. I informed the rep that I had never ordered the merchandise, of course he insisted I did because it was done throught the internet. After going in circles for a while, I was able to get the RMA number that is so vital to receving a credit. Later that night I ran a copy of all of my credit reports and none of them show any new activity for a credit card ending in 0952

When I went to send the the package this morning with a signature requried and tracking number the request was rejected because the address did not exist!. The address on the invoice is incorrect but the address provided by Ripoff Report is correct.

I sent the package today. I am going to the better business bureau to file a complaint.
