When you visit Mexico, be very careful about Royal Holiday Club. They sell membership that suppose to let you travel for less. All lies. I tried to cancel the membership the next days after I found what they said are not true (like they claimed they own the Hyatt hotel when they are only leasing the place), I tried to cancel the membership with them the next day and they just gave me the run around. This by itself is a bad business practice. I now have to go through my credit card company to dispute. Do not listen to anything they say. Better yet, do not give them a chance. They have scam office in Hyatt Cancun. I know they have sale offices in other vacation location. Please stay away from them.

Just do a Internet search on "Royal Holiday" and "scam". You will know what I mean.

It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront.
I found this article that speak precisely about this, you should read it, that might help you to resolve many doubts:
