Safeway Insurance Micheal Andrews (Claims Representative) Underhanded tactics, no return calls and sarcastic remarks. Alpharetta Georgia

I am insured by Safeway Insurance and have been for a total of 3 years. Out of those 3 years, I have never been in an accident until now.  Not knowing that the full coverage insurance that I asked for and had paid for all this time did not cover towing, roadside or more importantly car rental. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.  I then asked them to add it.

I spoke with Micheal Andrews (Claims Representative) to schedule the drop off of my car at the autobody shop and to set up car rental.  He then stated that you were not covered during the time of the incident so we cant pay for car rental.  You will have to pay out of pocket.  

I dropped the car at the shop on January 24, 2014. Left  several messages for Micheal to return my call. Considering that I was paying out of pocket, I wanted everything in place when the car was ready. It wasnt until Thursday January 31, 2014 that he returned my call, the autobody shop call, and my finance company's call.  The car was ready on Monday January 28, 2014. 

I explained to Micheal about how unhappy I was. How I felt that thing should have moved differently.  He should no concern and simply made the comment"( I am not understanding your question)".  I asked for the coporate office information and he stated that the Alpharetta office was the coporate office. 

Safeway Insurance will no longer get my money.
