I ordered a pair of red boots . I was suppose to be guaranteed to have buy Christmas I submit ticket to make sure .. they were a gift . Now 20 days later I still haven't received them the labels in Chinese I submit tickets over and over requesting refunds and wondering where package is they jus say it takes 7-14 days it's on back order .. well it's been 20 days . Customer service isn't helpful probably the worst customer service of ever dealt with . They take your money and you never get the products you bought . This business should be shut down . DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM .....

I contacted Sammy dress several times .. no solutions I finally received my boots after a Month and a half. When I received them they smelled like old tires and mildew . They wreaked .. I told Sammy dress and they never contacted me back .. honestly the worst company I ever dealt with boots can't even be worn cause they smell
