I received letter from Sar & Associates stating:
Original creditor was LTS Management
Case no: 44282
Past Due: 1450
stating : your account was recently turnoved over to SAR & Assocaies to proceed with pre-litigation action against you.
Be advised that your account is severly past due and is now active in our internal Civil Procedures Department of SAR & Associates. Several attempts to resolve this obligation have been made but have been ignored by you.
Failure to contact us with within 30 days may result in legal action against you.
I did call as I was worried about this. I spoke to Alexander White and informed him that this was the very first letter pertaining in this matter. I nver rcvd any calls or any other letters.
I said that I do not remember anything back from 2012.
