Savebig.com They will not credit my visa card after I ask them to terminate my account. amount $99.00, Internet

On 4/12/2011 I open an account for $99.00. This gave me 132 bids and 20 free bids.
I used 19 of my free bids and ask them to terminate my account on 4-17-2011.
On 4-21 -2011 they answered my request after I had submitted another request on 4-21-2011.
They said it is being reviewed by their support team.
On 4-28-2011 they told me that his supervisor said he can ajust my account to a $27.00 bid package which includes 45 bids. They just want me to try out their site and if I didn't like they would give me that refund.
I told them this offer made no sense and that I had already tried their site with my 20 free bids and that their site was not for me. I asked them again to please credit my Visa Card account.
This site is a rip-off and it is people like this that gives the internet a bad name.
