Saxon Mortgage Services Inc repayment plan ripoff Ft Worth Texas

In july 2004 I owed 2 payments on my home . I called saxon and was advised i should go on a forebearance repayment plan. I was told I would have to pay 1,235.10 july,august & september and my account would then be current .I made my payments and in september I thought ok I have paid everything in full and it should be current boy was I wrong. I called saxon with my mom on the phone with me I was told i owe 1 more payment of 1235.10 in october and that would be it .I argued that cannot be correct I was told it was and rep hung up on us now this is after 45 minutes on the phone .I called back and again we were told the same thing and we were told I have to pay $109.00 additional per month for house insurance even though I have my house insurance with a different company .I refused to pay house insurance when I already have it.I was told if i dont pay the $109.00 I will be in foreclosure and will have to pay 2 house payments the insurance and $135.00 breach fee to keep my house unless i pay by 10/20/2004 1235.10 well i asked if that was all i would owe and they said yes .10/11/04 I got a statement from saxon saying I know owe $3062.00.I called again and they could not explain anything. Now you must understand i filed bankruptcy and it was discharged 9/2003 I have not received any bills from saxon for a year.Now all of a sudden I get a bill and it is over double the payment they told me I owe over the phone .everytime I call there I am lied to and told something different .My mortgage was sold to this company and it is the worst thing that could ever happen they are dishonest and are just out to get houses from consumers . If you try to make a partial payment they will refuse it and return your check to you .They are just a huge fraud .
