Saxon Mortgage Services Inc -- Improperly applies payments - Denies anything wrong -- Horrible customer service -- Mutiple calls still no fix -- Forth Worth, Texas

Saxon began misapplying my payments in November 2009, and has now completely ruined my account and credit score in Decemeber 2009 with their false accounting. They refuse to provide me written confirmation of corrections to my account. They still show my account past due, when it never was. They refuse to to ensure my perfect credit score is not tarnished in any way.

Nov 2009: I sent in a $2800 payment, of which 930.13 is the regular monthly payment for November and the remaining $1,869.87 was to go towards additional principle. Instead they applied this incorrectly as two payments, one for November and one December, and the remaining $939.47 as additional principle. I called them on 11-09-2009 to correct, which they say they claim they did. They refused to provide written proof.

Dec 2009: I sent in a $3000 payment, which they confirm receiving on 11-24-2009. $930.13 is the regular payment for December and the remaining $2,069.87 is additional principle payment.

On 12/14/2009 I called their customer service as my account was showing "PAST DUE" on their website (saxononline.com). I spoke to the agent ID # 22042 for almost 30 minutes, he continually assured me and verbally confirmed my account was in good standing and they had received the $3000 payment. He claimed the website error was something they knew about, and that a January statement was on it's way to me.

Additionally, I sent an email via their site on 12/15/2009 which I have not received a reply to.

On 12/16/2009 I again called to inquire about why my account is still showing PAST DUE when they received the payment EARLY. I spoke to agent ID # 19012 who informed me of the same, they received the payment on 11-25-2009, however it was applied as all additional principle and thus no December payment was received. I explained to him, and his manager (ID # 19011 Josh), the payment was the monthly payment and additional principle, as it has been for the almost 2 years I've been over paying them. Josh acknowledges they are unable to correct the issue and will submit a "work order". He explains that is it not possible to correct/prevent any bad credit reporting but states "it should not get reported". He refuses to provide written confirmation of the corrective action to resolve their accounting error.

After over an hour of dealing with their customer service, my account still shows "PAST DUE" on their website.

I would like them to correctly apply my payments.
I would like written confirmation on their company letterhead.
I would like my credit score to remain unaffected and perfect as it has always been.
